INFRASTRUCTURE & CAPABILITIES
Our facility spans 10000 sq. ft, spread across 3 adjacent plants equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to support high-quality production. We have 30 hydraulic moulding machines ranging from 40 to 250-tonnage capacity, with 12”X 12’’ to 18" x 18" platen size. Our facility includes advanced Chemical batch weighing system, Rubber kneading System, Rubber mixing mills, ovens for post curing, along with highly equipped Quality lab for products & Compound validations, ensuring precision and efficiency in every manufacturing process.
