DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

We have the capability of Designing and developing all tooled up components. Along with adding Standard products to Vibes Catalogue we undertakecustom Product development as per the customer Design.

Vibes have a consultative approach in Product development; Our Expertise from high precision engineering component background helped us in adding value to each step of the process. We are supporting our customers in VAVE of existing products too.

TOOL & DIE MAKING

We tied Knot with a State of the art Tool room with the capacity to deliver high precision tools and moulds. The Tool room is equipped with 4 VMCs, Spark Erosion Machine, CNC EDM, Surface grinding and Jig Boring& all conventional machines.

The tool room is having standard room with Trimos and such modern metrology equipment.

PRODUCTION MACHINES

Vibes has its manufacturing facility with covered space of about 1500 sq. ft. and has 05 no’s of semi automatic moulding SPM’swith capacity ranging between 12 to 60 tons. These machines are specially designed with linear bearing guiding for platens on pillar to avoid any kind of deflection. We are currently producing around 30 Lack components every month by operating at three shifts per day. We have the capacity to produce 60 lack parts per month.

QUALITY LAB

We are equipped with shore A hardness tester, Pin and slip gauges, Vernier callipers and micrometre and micro weighing machines.

We have developed a test ring to perform leakage test on connectors for both wire seals and connector seals.
